Job Summary

This role involves leading the Facility Management team at Kingspan Light + Air GmbH, focusing on ensuring the safe and efficient operation of all technical systems and machinery at the site. The Group Leader will be responsible for maintenance, modernization, and repair activities, while also taking on the function of Energy Management Officer. Key daily tasks include planning and monitoring regular inspections, optimizing building, energy, and process management systems, and coordinating external service providers and craft businesses. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical certification (Technician or Master Craftsman), possesses fundamental knowledge in operating and maintaining technical systems, and ideally brings prior experience in technical facility management within an industrial setting. Experience in leading teams and knowledge of PLC controls are advantageous, making this a pivotal role for a structured and responsible professional looking to drive operational excellence in a dynamic, international environment.
