Job Summary

This role involves working as a Materials Tester in Mülheim an der Ruhr, focusing on the independent execution of mechanical-technological and, where applicable, non-destructive material testing. Key day-to-day responsibilities include adhering strictly to all relevant standards and safety regulations, performing calibrations of testing machines, controlling sample dimensions, and creating and reviewing test protocols. The successful candidate must possess a completed apprenticeship as a Materials Tester, specific certification for ultrasonic testing (DIN EN ISO 9712), and practical experience with mechanical and non-destructive testing procedures. Proficiency in laboratory management systems (LIMS) and standard office software (Word, Excel, Access) is also required.
