Job Summary
This role involves taking charge of the independent execution and successful completion of medium to large-scale electrical engineering projects regionally within the East Frisia area. The Project Manager will handle all phases, from technical preparation and scheduling to material procurement, team coordination on site, and final documentation for billing. Key responsibilities include maintaining communication with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders, and ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Candidates must have a strong electrical engineering background, preferably with a Master Electrician or Technician qualification, and demonstrable experience leading projects or teams. This position offers significant autonomy, a permanent contract, modern equipment, and regional work within a supportive, family-run company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed apprenticeship in an electrical engineering profession (e.g., Electronics Technician for Industrial Engineering, Energy and Building Technology). Further qualification as Master Electrician, Technician, or comparable qualification (ideally).

- Multiple years of professional experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in project or team responsibility (ideally)
