Job Summary

This role involves working as a Civil Engineer specializing in urban drainage and sewerage within a successful municipal company in Buxtehude. The successful candidate will independently manage, plan, process, and supervise new construction, renovation, and repair projects of varying complexity within the sewer network, covering HOAI service phases 1-8. Key responsibilities include developing remediation measures based on sewer inspection data, contributing to strategic sanitation concepts and general drainage plans, and coordinating closely with operating technology teams. You will also independently negotiate with contractors, approval authorities, and property owners. This position requires a degree in Civil Engineering with a focus on civil engineering/urban water management and at least two years of professional experience, ideally in sewer rehabilitation.
