Job Summary

The Service Center for Rural Development and Agricultural Funding (SLA) is seeking an experienced IT Working Group Lead to manage and guide a team of approximately 70 professionals developing diverse, geo-based software products. This role involves taking primary responsibility for successful application development, utilizing modern technologies such as Java-Enterprise, Angular, and Spring Boot. Day-to-day tasks include planning, organizing, and steering work distribution, managing personnel development, and ensuring successful project execution. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's/Diploma degree in Informatics (or related field), possesses at least three years of experience leading software development projects, and exhibits strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills. Required Skills

Education
