Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Field Service IT Technician, focusing on providing comprehensive onsite and remote IT support within a large corporate environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of IT hardware, from installation, configuration, and deployment (MAC-D activities) of PCs, notebooks, printers, and mobile devices, to handling incident tickets under a Break & Fix model. A key component of the role involves supporting users with Apple devices (iPhones, iPads, and iOS). Candidates must possess a formal IT qualification, excellent hardware knowledge, particularly with HP, Lenovo, and Apple devices, and proficiency in Windows 10/11. Experience with ITSM tools, specifically ServiceNow, is highly advantageous. Required Skills
Education
