This role is for an IT Support Administrator to manage and enhance the IT infrastructure across two locations for a specialized metalworking company. The administrator will be responsible for handling first- and second-level IT support requests, ensuring smooth operation of network, server, client, and security systems. Key tasks include network administration using HPE Aruba Switches, managing virtualization environments with Proxmox Cluster, and utilizing Microsoft Entra ID and M365 for Cloud and Identity Management. The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in IT security, network technology, and infrastructure administration, coupled with excellent service orientation and communication skills.
