Job Summary
This role involves joining the Facility Management team at the University of Stuttgart, a leading technical university, to ensure the continuous and smooth operation of campus locations in Stuttgart City Center and Vaihingen. The core responsibilities include the operation, inspection, maintenance, and repair of technical systems across various trades, focusing heavily on electrical installations. Day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting technical faults, performing minor repairs, supervising external companies during maintenance, and rigorously ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards (including DGUV A3 and DIN VDE 0105/0100 checks). The ideal candidate holds a completed qualification as an Electrician or Electrical Installer, possesses several years of relevant professional experience, and demonstrates a service-oriented, reliable, and team-focused approach.
