Job Summary

This role involves leading and managing the Alarm Receiving Center (ARC) based in Gardelegen, ensuring operations comply with all relevant laws, norms (such as EN 50518), guidelines, and regulations. The Head of ARC is responsible for processing all alarm instructions related to incoming danger reports, deploying and leading intervention forces to follow up on signals from various alarm systems (EMA, BMA, UMA, AWAG), and maintaining meticulous documentation of all procedures. Key requirements include a technical background in Electrical or Telecommunications Engineering, multi-year professional experience managing certified control centers, and a VdS certified qualification as a Senior NSL Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, experience with hazard management systems (like AM/WIN, DLS4000), excellent communication skills in both German and English, and a structured, independent work style.
