Job Summary

In this role, you will be responsible for the continuous development, management, and optimization of IT endpoints across Windows, iOS, and Android platforms. A core focus will be the automation of software distribution and Mobile Device Management (MDM), including patch management, to ensure an optimal device lifecycle and excellent user experience. Day-to-day tasks involve actively analyzing and resolving incidents and requests related to endpoints and clients, implementing and enhancing security policies for end devices, and ensuring compliance across all endpoint systems. The ideal candidate holds a successful IT qualification or equivalent professional experience, coupled with deep knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM/Intune) and experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and Active Directory/Entra ID.
