Job Summary
The Stuttgart Region Association is seeking an IT Employee to join its dynamic team, supporting the future of one of Europe's most vibrant regions. This role focuses heavily on IT user support for both hardware and software issues, including modern workplace technologies like MS Office 365, SharePoint, Teams, Windows 11, and specialized applications, alongside managing media technology. Key responsibilities also involve administrative tasks such as ordering and managing IT consumables, processing invoices, and contributing to documentation (e.g., project documentation, operating manuals, emergency manuals, and ticketing systems). The ideal candidate must have a completed IT qualification, possess a quick grasp of new concepts, demonstrate a service-oriented approach to user care, and be willing to commit to above-average engagement, including occasional work outside standard business hours.
