Job Summary
This is an opportunity to join E.ON's 24-month International Graduate Program as an IT Trainee, focusing on driving the digital transformation of the energy sector across Europe. The role involves developing innovative digital solutions, enhancing customer experiences, and improving business efficiency within the COO-D division. Trainees will gain deep expertise in areas like IT Inhouse Consulting, Cyber Security, Data & AI, and will undertake approximately six national and international placements across various E.ON business units in countries like Sweden, the UK, and Romania. Ideal candidates possess a strong academic background in IT or related fields, are passionate about digitalization and technological innovation, and demonstrate high adaptability, curiosity, and a willingness to learn within a complex, international organization. Required Skills
Education
Above-average Bachelor's degree in (Business) Informatics, Digital Innovation, Technology Consulting, or equivalent, OR a corresponding Master's degree
Experience
- Professional experience in relevant fields (for Bachelor's degree holders only)
- International experience (e.g., semesters abroad, internships, volunteer work) is ideal
- Initial relevant skills or knowledge in Innovation, Consulting, Tech, or Cyber Security are ideal
