Job Summary
This role involves acting as a (sub-) project manager for the new construction and modification of EEG customer substations within the high-voltage grid, specifically focusing on secondary technology (measuring, regulating, and controlling). Day-to-day tasks include managing grid protection, telecontrol, and control system technologies, developing customized solutions in collaboration with the project team, and preparing detailed offers and calculations. The manager will coordinate the realization process across teams, manage schedules, oversee on-site construction and commissioning tests in Salzgitter, and ensure compliance with high standards of safety, quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering, possesses fluent German skills, and has prior experience managing construction projects for electrical installations, ideally high/medium-voltage or renewable energy systems.

Degree in Electrical Engineering or Industrial Engineering (preferably specializing in information technology systems)
Experience
- Professional experience in project management or project leadership and execution of electrical plant construction projects
- Ideally, experience with high/medium-voltage systems, EEG systems, or internal power supply systems
- Preferably, experience in secondary, control, and telecontrol technology
- Experience in developing technical solutions and adapting to new technologies
