Job Summary

This role is a central laboratory support position at a Monheim-based biotechnology company specializing in high-quality products for protein purification and stabilization, serving the pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will act as the central hub for laboratory operations, ensuring scientists can focus purely on experimentation. Day-to-day tasks involve comprehensive lab organization, including managing inventory, equipment scheduling, and maintaining cleanliness and safety. Key responsibilities also include preparing buffers and standard solutions according to SOPs, managing sample logistics (intake, project assignment, and storage), and assisting with automated purification workflows using systems like ÄKTA and liquid-handling robots. The ideal candidate has a background as a BTA, MTA, CTA, or similar, possesses initial laboratory experience, and demonstrates a highly structured, responsible, and meticulous approach to documentation and quality management.
