Head of Analytical Development Pharmaceutical | Pharmacist (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This strategic leadership role involves heading the newly established Analytical Development Pharmaceuticals department, defining and executing its global strategy in alignment with overall Development goals. The Head will oversee all aspects of Drug Substance and Drug Product characterization, including method development, validation, stability studies, and seamless transfer to Operations. Day-to-day activities include leading core functional areas like preformulation and quality control, driving the global Analytical Development leadership circle, and fostering innovation, such as implementing predictive stability testing. Key requirements include a PhD in a relevant scientific field, deep expertise in analytical techniques (HPLC, MS, etc.), strong knowledge of global regulatory environments (GMP, FDA, EU), and proven experience leading global, cross-functional teams.
