Job Summary
This role involves working as a Measurement, Control, and Regulation (MCR) Technician or Electrical Technician within the Facility Management team at the University of Stuttgart, ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of campus facilities in Stuttgart City Center and Vaihingen. Key responsibilities include operating, monitoring, and controlling technical systems with a focus on energy efficiency, analyzing and resolving technical faults in MCR systems, and performing maintenance, repairs, and installations on MCR equipment. The technician will also be responsible for programming and parameterizing automation systems, providing 1st-level support in the MCR domain, and conducting DGUV-A3 inspections. The position requires a completed education as an Electrical Technician or equivalent, foundational knowledge in MCR and automation technology, and a self-reliant, service-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work.
