Job Summary
This role calls for a highly experienced Senior SAP HCM Application Specialist to take technical ownership and actively shape HR processes within an international media organization, based in Bonn or Berlin. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management and continuous development of the SAP HCM module, including extensive customizing and proprietary developments for adjacent submodules. A core function involves overseeing the technical payroll process, ensuring strict adherence to legal, tariff, and internal requirements, coupled with deep expertise in tax and social security law. You will be a key driver in strategic projects, such as the S/4HANA upgrade, contributing expertise in system integration, data migration, and technical implementation. Furthermore, you will identify potential for process automation and implement innovative solutions using tools like SAP Fiori. Success requires a Master's or Diploma degree in (Business) Informatics or equivalent experience, profound knowledge of SAP ABAP/ABAP Objects, and long-standing professional experience in SAP HCM module support, alongside fluent German (C1) and good English proficiency.
