Job Summary
This role involves acting as a Sub-Project Manager within the Production and Industrial Engineering department for a leading manufacturer of microelectronic products in Payment, RFID, and Traffic Sensor technology. The primary focus is on developing, planning, and implementing production concepts, specifically supporting the introduction of new products and managing product changes. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing existing processes, defining and executing cross-departmental optimization processes centered on production, and serving as the key interface between Production, Industrial Engineering, and Development. Candidates should possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable technical qualification, strong IT skills (especially MS Office), and knowledge of Value Stream Design and Lean Production principles.
