Production Technician, Pharmaceutical Manufacturing (Visual Inspection & Packaging) | BTA (m/w/d)

Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly disciplined Production Technician focused on the critical final stages of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Based in Mainz, Germany, the incumbent will be responsible for the pre- and post-preparation and execution of Visual Inspection, Labeling, and Packaging (VLP) for both clinical and commercial products. Daily tasks include meticulous handling of sensitive raw materials, sampling, sample transfer, and ensuring rigorous adherence to electronic batch documentation and GMP standards. A key aspect involves operating complex production facilities and automation systems (PCS & MES). Candidates must possess a completed scientific or technical vocational qualification (such as BTA, CTA, or Pharmaceutical Technician) and demonstrate excellent compliance discipline regarding SOPs and safety regulations. Experience as an Operator within a GMP environment is highly beneficial. The position requires flexibility and a commitment to working within a 3-shift system (Monday through Sunday).
