Job Summary
This role involves serving as a Senior HR Business Partner within the health and pharmaceutical sectors, acting as the primary strategic consultant for management and employees. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive advice on all personnel matters, including compensation (salary rounds, reclassifications, bonuses) and organizational changes. The partner will also manage position changes (appointments, transfers, promotions), collaborate closely with the Talent Development team on employee growth plans, and handle various personnel discussions. Key requirements include a relevant university degree and at least five years of professional experience, ideally within a corporate environment. Expertise in individual and collective labor law is essential, coupled with proactive problem-solving skills and fluency in both German and English. This is an attractive 18-month assignment offering a central role in shaping and implementing the company's HR strategy.
