Job Summary

This role involves comprehensive site management within Facility Management, focusing heavily on technical operations and team leadership in Munich. The Site Manager will be responsible for planning and organizing technical work, managing a team of four in-house technicians and subcontractors, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients and internal staff. Key duties include quality assurance, cost and deadline monitoring, and ensuring the maintenance, operation, and repair of high-tech building systems (HVAC/Electrical). The ideal candidate must possess a background as a Master Craftsman or Technician in HVAC or Electrical fields, demonstrate strong service orientation, and be proficient in both German and English communication, supported by good MS Office skills.
