Job Summary
This role is a crucial opportunity to become an expert in environmental emissions measurement, working for the internationally renowned TÜV SÜD. Initially, you will undergo intensive training (6-12 months) to acquire comprehensive practical knowledge in emissions measurement and documentation, adhering strictly to regulatory requirements like § 29b BImSchG. Day-to-day tasks involve preparing for measurements, sampling pollutants, evaluating results, and creating detailed test reports and measurement plans. Post-training, you will independently manage projects, conduct emissions measurements according to relevant standards, and actively support customer acquisition and existing client relations in environmental technology. This position is attractive due to its focus on ensuring a safe and sustainable future, offering significant field deployment opportunities within the Baden region, and requiring a background in natural sciences, environmental engineering, or a technical vocational qualification.
Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in a natural science or technical field (e.g., Environmental Technology or Process Engineering), OR a completed technical vocational training (e.g., Chemical-Technical Assistant, Environmental Protection Assistant, Chimney Sweep, or Mechanic)
Experience
- Professional experience in emissions monitoring or emissions measurement technology (advantageous)
- Ability to work independently and methodically while adhering to relevant standards, guidelines, and regulations
