Job Summary

The Business Intelligence and Reporting Specialist will be the driving force behind building and expanding the group-wide reporting and analysis landscape for one of Germany's most successful Cloud ERP providers. This role requires combining technical expertise with a deep understanding of Finance, SaaS models, and core business processes to enable data-driven decisions across all levels of the organization. Key responsibilities include developing a scalable reporting architecture based on a suitable Data Mart, working closely with the Finance team and CFO to implement Sales, Finance, and SaaS reporting requirements, and continuously developing dashboards and reports using Power BI. The successful candidate must possess strong analytical skills, expertise in tools like Power BI, Snowflake, and Azure Data Lake Storage Gen2, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and lead workshops/training sessions.
