Job Summary
This is an immediate, full-time opportunity for a dedicated Facility Manager or Building Technician to join the team at the NYCE Hotel Bonn, located in the historic Godesberg district. The role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation and technical integrity of the 58-room hotel. Key responsibilities include performing general repair work throughout the property, managing and maintaining all operational technical systems, and providing direct support to the Technical Director. The position requires effective coordination with external contractors and participation in scheduled on-call duties, including weekends and holidays. Candidates must possess completed vocational training in electrical or plumbing trades, coupled with several years of relevant experience, preferably within a hotel environment. Success in this role demands strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, high physical resilience, and excellent communicative abilities, ensuring a professional and reliable service to maintain the hotel's high standards.
