Job Summary
As an IT Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the IT infrastructure for a continuously expanding IT consulting firm in Düsseldorf. Your daily tasks will involve performing data backups, managing PC inventory, and installing operating systems and various applications. You will also be crucial in the assembly and disassembly of hardware and providing essential IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) services. This role requires a strong understanding of hardware, peripherals, and common Microsoft operating systems.
