Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced ServiceNow Administrator responsible for the operational support, administration, and continuous development of the ServiceNow platform. Key daily activities include handling incidents, performing daily checks, patching, and ensuring stable system operations. You will be instrumental in the conception, implementation, and enhancement of technical ServiceNow components and interfaces, managing the integration of new modules, and executing necessary upgrades and changes. A critical component of the role involves providing 2nd-level support, performing detailed analyses for troubleshooting, and steering both internal and external developers during project expansions. The ideal candidate brings professional experience in IT Service Management, deep knowledge of ServiceNow administration, familiarity with relational databases (SQL) and scripting languages like JavaScript, and an ITIL certification, making this a central position for platform stability and evolution.

Required Skills

Education

Degree in Computer Science or a comparable qualification, supplemented by an ITIL Certification. ServiceNow Certification is preferred.
