Job Summary

This Senior Software Engineer role is centered within the Size and Fit Engineering team, focusing on enhancing the customer experience for online fashion shopping by solving size and fit challenges. The successful candidate will be a customer-centric iOS developer with strong React Native expertise, responsible for building and continuously improving customer-facing features across Zalando's iOS application, impacting over 50 million customers. Day-to-day tasks involve collaborating closely with Product Managers and Designers, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving architectural proposals, and ensuring code quality, testability, and maintainability. This position requires active participation in agile cross-platform development, mentorship of junior colleagues, and staying current with the latest mobile technologies, including Apple WWDC announcements and React Native updates.
