Job Summary
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation and functional infrastructure of numerous properties across Germany and potentially other European locations, supporting the German Federal Armed Forces (Bundeswehr) clothing management organization. The Field Property Manager will be responsible for the planning, monitoring, and coordination of infrastructural support services, acting as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders (site management, central IT) and external military organizations (BwDLZ, BAIUDBw). Key tasks include initiating and supervising simple construction projects, minor repairs, and maintenance/repair measures. Candidates should possess a degree or technical qualification in civil or electrical engineering, initial experience in construction or technical facility management, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. This position requires extensive nationwide and international travel to provide essential infrastructure support to various sites, offering a stable, permanent contract within a growing, crisis-proof company.

Education
Completed vocational training, state-recognized commercial/technical qualification, or a degree in Civil Engineering or Electrical Engineering
Experience
- Initial experience in executive construction, technical facility management, or a similar activity
- Knowledge of infrastructure and property management within the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) (Ideal)
- Commercial knowledge for project-related calculations and invoice processing in SAP (Advantageous)
