This role as an On-Site IT Support Technician, based exclusively in Bayreuth, involves providing essential hands-on technical support to end-users within a mixed team environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include executing classic On-Site Support tasks such as Installations, Moves, Adds, and Changes (IMAC/RD), managing and documenting support tickets, and maintaining both hardware and local inventory. You will be responsible for supporting various technological aspects, including printer systems, video conferencing equipment, and telephony clients, while assisting with Mobile Device Management (MDM). The ideal candidate possesses initial, junior-level professional experience in IT On-Site Support, coupled with strong proficiency in MS Office products. Success in this position requires excellent communication skills, a pronounced service orientation, and proven experience in direct customer contact. A mandatory driver's license is required, and candidates must be prepared for exclusive on-site work with no remote option. This is a full-time, fixed-term position starting in early 2026, offering potential for contract extension or permanent employment.
