Job Summary

This crucial role involves the autonomous organization and execution of all inspection and maintenance work across more than 20 residential communities nationwide, specializing in outpatient intensive care. The Facility Manager acts as the central technical point of contact, coordinating communication between internal staff and external service providers, overseeing facility projects, and managing cost estimates and comparisons. A key responsibility is monitoring the technical integration of new facilities, including the installation of nurse call systems and emergency power testing. Candidates must possess initial professional experience in facility management, ideally with a background in electrical engineering, heating, and sanitation systems, coupled with a high degree of service orientation and reliability.
