Job Summary

This pivotal role seeks an experienced Senior Hardware Electronics Engineer to join the industrialization team, focusing on developing reliable and high-performance electronics for professional audio systems. The engineer will bridge R&D and production, ensuring hardware designs are robust, scalable, and optimized for manufacturing and testing. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing hardware test environments using CAD tools (like Altium), supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) by adapting R&D designs for cost-effective manufacturing, and optimizing PCBs, analog/digital circuits, and electronic interfaces. The ideal candidate will also monitor pre-series production, troubleshoot hardware issues, ensure compliance with EMC and electrical safety standards, and coach junior team members, driving continuous improvement in hardware reliability and performance within the professional audio industry.
