Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Team Lead within the Social Affairs and Participation Department of the City of Stuttgart. The successful candidate will support the section management while leading a team of seven in OPEN/PROSOZ system support and IT security. Key responsibilities include establishing IT data security for the OPEN/PROSOZ system, managing system parametrization for social welfare laws (SGB XII, SGB IX, AsylbLG), conducting software tests, and handling error management. The role also involves creating reports, statistics, and work instructions, independently leading IT projects, and serving as a primary contact for users via hotline and ticketing system.
