Job Summary

This role is an excellent opportunity for a science professional to join a renowned pharmaceutical company in Biberach an der Riß, focusing on compliance within packaging materials and disposables. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating interdepartmental Change Controls and Material Qualifications. Key daily tasks include serving as a subject matter expert, coordinating the creation and processing of regulations, CAPAs (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and deviations. A critical component of the role involves communication, decision presentation, and decision-making during audits, inspections, or supplier inquiries, requiring fluency in both German and English. The ideal candidate possesses a scientific background (Chemistry, Biology, Pharmaceutics, etc.) with strong GMP knowledge and organizational skills, enabling the targeted implementation of compliance requirements. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing 2-3 days of remote work after the initial on-site training period.

Required Skills

Education

Completed Bachelor's degree in Natural Sciences (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Technology) or Master's degree in a relevant field, or relevant vocational training

Experience

  • Initial professional experience with a Bachelor of Science degree
  • Professional experience in the manufacturing of sterile pharmaceuticals (if alternative vocational training is held)
  • Professional experience in compliance and quality management
