Job Summary

This role is for a proactive Junior Process Consultant specializing in Business Process Management (BPM) using the ARIS platform, working with aproo consulting GmbH's international clients. The consultant will immediately integrate into operative projects, performing tasks such as analyzing complex business processes, developing customized solutions, and managing coordination tasks. Key responsibilities include utilizing the ARIS modeling tool, creating strategy and feasibility studies, and leading client workshops both domestically and internationally. Candidates must hold a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Informatics, possess initial professional experience (ideally through internships), and demonstrate excellent English and strong analytical skills.
