The focus of the role is the technical leadership and organization of diverse electrical installation projects, including PV mounting, E-charging stations, and mandatory DGUV V3 inspections. Day-to-day responsibilities involve acting as the primary contact for employees, customers, and project partners, while overseeing the planning, documentation, and quality control of all electrical craft work. A key component of the role is actively supporting the development and growth of the existing technician team.
