The Deputy Laboratory Manager supports the Laboratory Head in leading and coordinating the team, ensuring smooth, cross-site laboratory operations. This role involves significant leadership responsibility, including coordinating work processes across different locations and promoting employee development through training and onboarding. A key focus is on Quality Management and continuous process optimization to meet the highest quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include providing technical expertise in the calibration and adjustment of measuring instruments, analyzing and optimizing testing methods, and managing communication interfaces with other departments, customers, and partners. The ideal candidate holds a technical degree (e.g., Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering), possesses professional experience in calibration, metrology, or quality control, and has initial leadership experience.
