Job Summary

This role involves joining the IT Application Team at ZOLL Medical Corporation, a leading medical device company, to optimize critical, life-saving technologies. The IT Specialist will be responsible for the server-side administration and maintenance of various applications (including Business Central, Saperion, and WIMT) across Europe, primarily utilizing Microsoft Server environments (2012 and newer). Day-to-day tasks include error analysis, process optimization, application monitoring, and providing 3rd Level End-User Support across European locations. A key component of the role is supporting project teams in software implementation, coordinating external service providers and vendors, and managing cross-country installation and configuration of client systems.
