This role involves ensuring the contract-compliant execution of complex railway infrastructure projects from tendering through acceptance. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating contractors and construction stakeholders, monitoring and documenting project progress, and managing timely completion in collaboration with planning and project management teams. A critical aspect of the job is maintaining operational and system safety on site, ensuring compliance with labor and accident protection regulations. The position includes a comprehensive 2.5-year qualification program to prepare the incumbent for the full responsibilities of a certified Railway Construction Supervisor.
