Job Summary

This role is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated Field Service Technician in Stuttgart, supporting a growing IT consulting firm specializing in information and communication technology services. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing technical service for diverse hardware components such as servers, storage systems, PCs, notebooks, POS systems, and printers. You will also be responsible for conducting regular data backups, integrating software, operating systems, and applications, performing system fault analysis and maintenance, and assisting with installations, upgrades, and system tests. The ideal candidate holds a completed vocational qualification in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician) or comparable practical experience. Proficiency in standard Microsoft operating systems and good German and English language skills are essential.
