Job Summary
This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional who acts as the crucial link between potential and existing customers and the Sales team. The Presales Consultant will analyze technical requirements, develop tailored solution concepts, and articulate the technical value of the company's products through compelling demonstrations and presentations. Key responsibilities include managing technical inquiries, executing Proof of Concepts (PoC), and supporting the sales team with technical components of bids and calculations. The ideal candidate possesses a technical or business informatics degree, experience in Presales within the CRM or SaaS environment, and the ability to clearly communicate complex technical information in both German and English.
