Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role focuses on the comprehensive lifecycle management of centrally administered user accounts and access rights within a major German insurance and banking group. Day-to-day responsibilities include the creation, modification, and deletion of user objects and authorizations, along with managing password resets and changes. A core function involves coordinating and monitoring the timely recertification of both central and decentralized authorizations, ensuring strict compliance and quality assurance. The ideal candidate possesses a completed commercial background, strong analytical and organizational skills, and a high degree of responsibility and discretion. Success in this role requires flexibility, including extended on-call availability, excellent communication skills for conflict resolution (especially over the phone), and a proactive interest in evolving technologies and regulatory requirements. The position offers a modern work environment, flexible hours, and attractive compensation including 14 monthly salaries.
