Job Summary
This role involves driving the digital transformation of performance management for a renowned client in the aerospace sector, Airbus Aerostructures. The Data Scientist will be responsible for independently developing and implementing a concept for digital transformation, conducting data tool analyses, and visually preparing data. Key daily activities include establishing central reporting standards, managing end-to-end project planning, coordinating with stakeholders, and continuously adapting the concept. A crucial part of the job is the detailed analysis of performance indicators (e.g., overtime, attendance, and absences) and proactively presenting these findings to management. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or Business Administration, over two years of professional experience in IT/Information Systems, and strong foundational knowledge in database technology (SQL), Data Access & Transformation, and Data Science tools like Python. Experience in an agile environment (Scrum) and familiarity with aerospace processes, especially Airbus/Skywise, are highly desirable.

- Over two years in IT/Information Systems and Aerospace
- Substantial professional experience in Digitalization/IT
- Initial experience in Consulting
- Practical experience applying Skywise (e.g., Slate, Contour)
- Experience working in a self-organized team using an agile project management approach (e.g., Scrum) (Desirable)
