This role is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Process Technology to join a nationwide chemical technology company. The successful candidate will be responsible for the project-based development and design of machinery, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. Key day-to-day tasks include creating comprehensive technical drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), assembly instructions, and conducting necessary risk assessments. A crucial part of the role involves overseeing the construction of prototypes and acting as the primary technical point of contact for external customers, suppliers, and internal departments such as sales, service, and production. Candidates must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable qualification, possess initial professional experience in machine development, and be proficient in 3D CAD software.
