Job Summary
This critical interface role seeks a communicative and analytically strong professional to serve as the central liaison between the external ERP service provider, internal Purchasing and Sales departments, and the internal IT system house. The specialist will be responsible for coordinating the ongoing development and maintenance of the ERP system, gathering requirements from end-users, and ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. Key daily tasks include extensive data analysis, structuring, and reporting using tools like Excel and Access to create decision-making bases. The ideal candidate will possess experience with ERP systems (potentially as a Key User) and will actively contribute to digital optimization projects, process improvement, and error analysis, driving the professionalization of internal workflows within a growing company.

Experience
- Professional experience in a commercial or technical field
- Experience working with ERP systems (Key User experience preferred)
- Experience collaborating with external IT service providers (advantageous)
