This full-time, permanent position in Berlin seeks a skilled Microtechnologist or Precision Optics Technician to perform delicate assembly and testing of optomechanical components. The role involves critical tasks such as cleaning and mounting optical parts, precise assembly under strict cleanroom conditions, and the microscopic inspection of glass fibers. Key responsibilities include the specialized processes of splicing, gluing, and polishing glass fibers, requiring exceptional manual dexterity and the ability to follow detailed written instructions.
