The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning and development of technical building equipment (TGA) for various construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include developing innovative building services concepts tailored to client needs, coordinating schedules, and ensuring the quality of both internal and external services. Key responsibilities also involve preparing technical reports, project documentation, and tender documents, alongside supervising project progress through participation in construction and coordination meetings. The position requires extensive professional experience, deep knowledge of TGA, and proficiency in specialized software like Dialux and California 3000, offering significant creative freedom and a modern, international work environment.
