Job Summary
This role is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team within the Digital Development Competence Center, supporting the initial development and continuous enhancement of customer digitalization projects and proprietary digital products. The IT Service Manager will be responsible for the initial acceptance and dispatching of tickets using the OTRS ticketing system, ensuring adherence to SLAs. Key daily tasks include setting up and organizing central patch management for internal IT, managing internal forms for hardware, software, and access rights requests via Joomla, and creating offers for paid service requests. Furthermore, the role involves updating and documenting processes in the internal IT-Pedia, supporting a major bank's online banking hotline, and actively shaping internal IT service management processes. Candidates should have a background in IT, preferably with experience in First-Level Support, and possess strong German and good English language skills to facilitate effective communication and documentation within this dynamic environment.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration or Application Development, or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field.
Experience
- Professional experience in First-Level Support (advantageous)
