Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically adept specialist focused on maintaining and administering robust Windows and/or Linux environments within a 2nd Level Support framework. Day-to-day responsibilities include the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of complex technical issues across the IT infrastructure, encompassing servers, networks, and collaboration solutions like Office 365 and MS Teams. The specialist will actively contribute to the planning, implementation, and optimization of system and network architectures, ensuring stability and efficiency. Key requirements include current expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, network infrastructure, and experience with virtualization and automation tools (e.g., VMware, Ansible). This position offers the opportunity to work with modern technologies, participate in exciting IT projects, and requires strong German language skills (C1 minimum) and a willingness to travel for project support.
