Job Summary

This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in Windows and/or Linux environments who excels in 2nd Level Support. The specialist will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of complex IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. Day-to-day tasks involve analyzing and resolving technical faults, collaborating closely with 1st and 3rd Level Support teams, and contributing to the planning and implementation of system and network architectures. Key activities also include monitoring performance using tools like SolarWinds or Checkmk, maintaining security policies (including EDR and Firewall management), and participating in IT development projects such as migrations and automation initiatives using scripting languages like PowerShell or Python. The position requires strong expertise in collaboration tools (Office365, MS Teams) and fluency in German (C1 level minimum), offering an opportunity to work with modern technologies like VMware, Ansible, and various Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) in a growing, stable company.
