This role is ideal for a technically proficient professional specializing in the administration and support of complex Windows and/or Linux environments. The 2nd Level IT Support Specialist will be responsible for the analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues across the IT infrastructure, including network and server systems. Key daily tasks involve collaborating with 1st and 3rd level support teams, contributing to system planning and implementation, and ensuring the stability and efficiency of the IT landscape through monitoring and optimization.
